1. Overview
We want you to be happy with PgDeck. Because there is a free tier and a 30-day Pro trial, we encourage you to evaluate PgDeck before purchasing. This policy explains refunds for paid Pro licenses.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a Pro license, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Approved refunds return the full amount you paid for that purchase.
3. How to request a refund
Email supportpgdeck@gmail.com from the address used at purchase, include your order ID or receipt, and a brief reason. Refunds are processed through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined for requests made after the 14-day window, for purchases obtained through abuse or fraud, or where a chargeback has already been filed. A license is deactivated when a purchase is refunded.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
